Castro Valley, CA Student Wins BIG! Summer 2019 New Local State Champion

WE ALL WIN WITH STEM! Summer Science Kick-off was on Tuesday, June 18th for Castro Valley elementary school students sponsored by our #1 STEM Champion for Bay Area K-12 youth education, Alameda County Supervisor Nate Miley.

The STEM Future Foundation and Godfather Motorbike Extraordinaire partnered with First Presbyterian Church of Hayward to to host our 6-week STEM career exploration program.

For 6 weeks, Castro Valley students became future innovators preparing to solve global issues exploring STEM topics and careers! Students engaged in creative group activities and completed fun research-presentations on their chosen STEM careers.

Our future innovators learn financial literacy in WE ALL WIN WITH STEM! math sessions exploring budget analysis, credit vs debt and capital risk analytics subtopics and careers.

WE ALL WIN WITH STEM! Superstar Finalist Emily Moy (pictured right) and Elizabeth Richardson are two future STEM industry leaders focused on restoring natural environments and balancing economic prosperity for under-resourced communities!
